This photo of Harry & Mary Spielman and their daughters, Ann born in 1912 and Marjorie born in 1914, was probably taken in late 1916. The photo is signed by Tudson.

I found your page by doing a random search and I am pretty sure this is a photo of my great grandparents! My grandpa (John Garfield Spielman) was born in 1919 so I believe these would be his older sisters.
This site is dedicated to my great grandfather William John Hill who was born in Ireland and settled in Anaheim, California in 1868. After his arrival, William helped four younger brothers Samuel, Oliver, Thomas and Joseph immigrate to Southern California. He was the pioneer thresher of Orange County and the Grand Master who instituted Anaheim Lodge 199 of the IOOF in 1872. William was the father of fourteen children and his descendants, nephews and nieces now live throughout the United States.
This blog will be updated periodically as photos, newspaper clippings and other family history information can be prepared and published. I would like to especially thank my cousins, Diane Dolley, Cathy Finck and Cheryl Schaefer, for contributing photographs and other tidbits from their collections to this site. Any suggestions to improve what is being presented here would be greatly appreciated.
